  I put $558 in the bank monday afternoon and used my card after that to buy small various things. I then check my bank Tues morning and I see I was charged $210 in bank fees. They charged me $35 for each transaction because they were posted before someone got around to doing their job that morning and posted my credit. Therefore, I was charged $35 six times. I bought $2.75 in gas for my bike which cost me at total of $38 and get this, a Coke for $1.25 which i ended up paying $36.25. Refreshing huh? Ok, so after I discover the error, I call the 1-800# and they give me a run around about account review dept. I call the local branch and they said they would get the person over that to call me. I waited until 5pm when they close and finally called them and she is the person who answered. She told me she'd have to let the bank manager call me back the next day. I wait the next day on the call and at about 2pm she calls and says the bank manager would like me to come up there the next day. I go to the Gray Hwy branch and they tell me to . I show up at 11am and he's not there like he said he would be. They call him and he says to talk to the original person who told me to talk to him in the first place. I wait on her to finish up with some clients for her to just tell me she can't talk to me I'll have to wait on the bank manager. I set an appointment to come back and see him at 1pm. So I go back home and decide to call the 1-800# again to see if the "account review dept." had done anything and she said no its still pending, and then she even goes on to say, "I think you've gotten your answer Mr. Tant, you just won't accept it." Finally, I've just realized I'm wasting my time with this bank and I get a call back from the same lady who wouldn't give me the answer in the first place and she says that there is nothing they could do. Moral of the story: If you value your time or money, don't bank here.
