- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service was one of the worst I've seen. The employees were not competent in notary services that the other location was more than happy to address for me. No apology or anything. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will never go back to this UPS store again, whenever I go here, the old man, ask me to buy more tape for my boxes , where other UPS stores and companies give you the tape for free if you need, in my case I didn't need more tape, but he told me that I have to buy tape from him and he will charge me for it, when I said no thanks, my box looks good, he got so rude and mean, and put bad notice on my box, so basically, he just wanna sell his goods, PS: my box was a free return box that's why he didn't want to do his job, ( no money gain from it) and this wasn't the first time he did that, and he treated me very poorly, then I left and took it to another UPS, and the service was way bettter and they didn't say that I need more tape, I didn't trust him, he could throw my box away and will say that something was wrong with it, that's why it never get back to the sender, this Indian man was just unprofessional and cheap, very greedy guy, And he made the action as racism, just to make himself look good but I am not racist, I just wanted to point the guy so people know him, he has no respect for anyone, he laterally runs after 1 cent.By Sonia Johnson, April 08, 2017

Seems like you dont want to own up to your position and rather blame your customers. If you are the owner Im not sure how you got to the position because clearly you have no management much less ownership skills.
