    I brought my Grandmother in to get a small loan to purchase some much needed medications. To be honest, my Grannie can be....difficult. The General Manager was extra-patient and extremely helpful. Not only did they help with the loan successfully, they helped her ensure she can make timely payments with ease. If we ever need assistance in the future, this is where we will go!

    Extremely friendly staff at this location. The manager, Rose, went above and beyond my expectations to help me despite the sweltering heat in the building. A/C problems in July/August in Georgia aren't a whole lot of fun. But, she was extremely professional and helpful without regard for the miserable working conditions. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service at this location. If anyone from the corporate level of Title Max reads this, the air conditioning needs to be fixed asap! I honestly would have gone elsewhere to escape the heat if it hadn't been for the level of service I received. The fact that I gave you a 5 star rating in spite of the uncomfortable atmosphere in the building pretty well informs you of the type of employee who assisted me. Thanks Rose! You're the best!

    The employees are very friendly and understanding and will work with you. The only problem I have experienced is after your vehicle is recovered, the phone calls stop! You will receive calls for payments but 1 letter before it's Sold Off! Mail Tampering Ruined My Ride! I paid Twice the amount. Thanks Interest
